How to use: 1. Slide the thumb through the opening so that the rigid part of the splint is placed comfortably in the palm of the hand. 2. Take the widest strap and wrap around the wrist. Once the desired tension and compression are achieved fix the self-adhesive strap. 3. Take the slimmest strap and place it between the thumb and index finger. Adjust for a customized fit and fix the self-adhesive strap. Readjust, if necessary, until you feel comfortable.
