Open the wristband and place the hand on the textile base, aligning the metacarpal area with the reinforcement. Wrap the band around the hand and wrist following the indicated direction. Adjust the tension while wrapping until the desired support is obtained. Fasten the hook-and-loop fastener ensuring that the pressure is firm but comfortable.
