Open the ankle brace and place it under the foot, centering the base on the plantar arch. Wrap the band around the bottom of the foot for initial support. Continue wrapping the ankle in the direction indicated. Adjust the tension according to the desired stability and close with Velcro, avoiding excessive pressure.
