How to use: 1. Pull the brace on over your leg and center it until the kneecap is positioned in the opening. Wrap the leg with the central self-adhesive strap. 2. Hold the knee brace and wrap it with the upper strap. 3. Once the knee is correctly positioned, take the lower strap and wrap the leg with it to achieve a personalized tension and compression. Readjust, if necessary, until you feel comfortable and obtain the appropriate support.
