It is recommended to apply 3 times a week on alternate days. Apply preferably before going to bed. Apply in a recumbent position. Remove the cap that closes the cannula, insert the entire length of the cannula into the vagina and squeeze the container until its contents are completely emptied and remove it gently. Remain in the same position for 2 to 3 minutes.
