Apply after shampooing from mid-lengths to ends on damp hair and rinse. Special formula for the Squish to Condish technique: Apply the conditioner upside down, with hair well wet and squeeze by pressing the strands from the ends upwards gently several times. After the STC technique, rinse and follow with the Curly Method routine.
